The project was on one site with two distinct areas. The first area was the visitors centre with café, shop and tasting tours converted from a historic listed building. The distillery is a completely new building, constructed at the rear of the visitor centre adjoined by a link corridor. Due to the whisky production process, the majority distillery area are classified ATEX zones

As with many listed buildings, the installation changes during the construction phase due to the existing structure. We had to work closely with the engineers, Harley Haddow & builders, Colorado Construction to ensure all the systems were fully integrated to the clients’ requirements.
